Position Available: Contracts Administrator
Taylor Dolman Ltd is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our modern offices and we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and engaging environment for staff.
This is a new position developed due to an increase in workload. The main purpose of the role is to offer high levels of client satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of contract related paperwork. You will be responsible for the coordination of contract details and the maintaining of client confidentiality.
A good telephone manner is essential in order to liaise with the company’s managers, supervisors, and installers. You should have excellent listening & communication skills and have a friendly outgoing personality. Be able to work independently and take the initiative after training.
Candidates applying for this role must provide a close match to the following attributes
Main Duties to Include:
- Ensuring absolute accuracy on all client contract paperwork
- Update databases
- Ensure engineers work is meeting set regulations and guidelines at all times
- Take responsibility for contracts from prospect to completion
- Work as a point of contact between clients and other internal departments
- Arrange any amendments to client contracts
- Update spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Computer literate; proficient with most MS Office packages, specifically Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to details
- A confident communicator
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet set timescales
- Customer Service focused
- Strong IT skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well within a team
- Friendly and polite telephone manner, good communication skills
