Signature House Project
Taylor Dolman was pleased to be awarded the contract to supply and install Guldmann hoists at Signature House in Dorchester.
A new development due to complete later in 2012 its a state of the art purpose built 48 bed care home plus 42 close care apartments. The care bedrooms have Guldmann XY room cover tracking systems linked to the en-suite bathrooms through a Combilock transition gate.
Utilising the new GH1F hoist motors has provided a cost effective way of providing hoisting coverage with tracking in all rooms ready to receive the portable GH1F hoist motor.
With the second fix completed the commissioning and hand over just remains.
